| METAL BERNARD MERIT
 Metal Bernard Merit was established to stimulate and recognize innovative and creative ideas by Metal Bernard Inc. personnel to improve company performance and products.
EDITIONS PLANS
Each year, there are four editions divided as follows:
Edition 1: Participation from March 1 to May 31. Results transmitted during the month of June.
Edition 2: Participation from June 1 to August 31. Results transmitted during the month of September.
Edition 3: Participation from September 1 to November 30: Results transmitted during the month of December.
Edition 4: Participation from December 1 to February 28. Results transmitted during the month of March.
During the beginning of each edition, employees post their candidature or that of a colleague that had an idea. Next, the committee meets to discuss and accept or refuse the candidatures. The employees whose candidature is accepted receive a gift certificate valued at $20 at a company of their choice from a pre-selected list.
To complete the process, an annual gala is held each year either in March or April where employee innovations are highlighted and rewarded during a friendly get-together.
