BENDING
Our bending presses can precisely bend steel from .020” @ ¾”, aluminum from .020 @ 3/4” and stainless steel from .020” @ .1/2”. As the possibilities for angles, rays and thicknesses are virtually limitless; it is always preferable to confirm the available possibilities with the Metal Bernard Inc. technical team. Bending is more an art than a science, which is why we have invested time and money to properly train our technicians.

A large precision break press able to easily bend parts from ¼” X 20’.
Being able to laser cut sheets up to 8’ X 26’ would not be of much help if we could not form them. This equipment pushes the limit of your design. Taking advantage of this equipment can save you a lot of time by reducing the number of parts. Imagine being able to save precious time on the assembly line, by using larger parts and the legendary accuracy of the CNC technology. Not only can we bend large parts, but we can also cut them with our 26’ laser or roll them on our 20’ X ½ CNC plate roller.
