 In combination with our other equipment, plate rolling helps us produce your finished parts in the most economical way possible.

With its large plate capacity and state-of-the-art GENIUS CNC controller we can roll large plates and thin material to various shapes that are impossible with conventional rollers.
The Genius controller lets us reproduce the bending over and over at the speed of a plate roller. CNC works very well on a four-roll design: Instant and Automatic plate squaring against the back-roll, allowing an accurate and programmable “start” position. Perfect plate feeding thanks to permanent clamping, making it possible to accurately roll cylinders, ovals, squares, etc. Single phase rolling process allows the easiest CNC programming mode (very difficult in multiple phases).
The best prebending
Easy to prebend perfect shells: prebending is performed horizontally, single phase to close a shell, no plate handling.
Single phase sequence
The four-roll is the only plate roller that makes it possible to finish a shell in only one pass (on reduced capacity): only ONE position for each side roll, only ONE AUTOMATIC squaring, NO plate handling.
Other 5’ X ¼ PLATE ROLLER
This smaller roller is intended for smaller jobs. It works great for straitening and reducing stress on parts.
